Registration Deadline:Monday, April 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.

Fees

Ceremony participation fee before the registration deadline: $35

Late Fee after the registration deadline: $45

Note: All fees are non-refundable. Students must pay fees in full for their registration to be COMPLETE. Registration is NOT complete until all fees are paid.

What do students receive at the celebration?

All students who participate will receive:

Traditional Sash
Name announced while crossing the stage
Hispanic Celebration certificate

For students who register by the April 7 deadline:

The graduate's name, degree(s), major(s), and personal statement will be made available in the online program
Graduate's name and degree will be displayed on the arena screens as they cross the stage

For students who register late (after the April 7 deadline):

Graduate's name, info, and personal statement will NOT be printed in the online program

Registration is NOT complete until payment is received.

Change of Circumstances

Delay of Graduation

If a student registers for the Hispanic Celebration and afterward has to delay their graduation, the student may apply their registration fee to a later Hispanic Celebration. The student should contact the Hispanic Celebration office as soon as they know their graduation will be delayed.

Failure to attend

If a student registers for the Hispanic Celebration but fails to attend, all fees are non-refundable.
