Register for the Hispanic Celebration

All ASU graduation ceremonies and celebrations require registration from graduating students who wish to participate. 

An RSVP submitted by the deadline November 12: 

• Guarantees participation in the ceremony and celebration

• Guarantees the graduate receives all benefits and event-specific items provided by the Hispanic Celebration

How to RSVP for the Hispanic Celebration

1. Apply for graduation and pay graduation fees.

2. Go to the Registration link available on your MyASU page.

   1. A link under the Graduation Tab will appear after you have applied to graduate and paid your graduation fees. 

3. Click on the link to the Hispanic Celebration

4. Complete the Registration form.

5. Click the "SUBMIT" button at the bottom of the page after completing the registration form.
   After submitting your registration for the Hispanic Celebration, you will receive a confirmation email. In the confirmation email, there will be a link to pay your participation fee. 

6. Complete the payment form.
7. Click the "Submit" button to submit payment.
   Students will receive a confirmation via email after successfully submitting payment for the Hispanic Celebration Participation fee.

Failure to properly submit the form and payment will result in your registration not being recorded.

If you happened to miss the April 7th registration deadline, don’t worry—you can still participate. 

Please note: Students who register late will not have their name, information, or personal statement included in the online program. At check-in, you will receive a blank reader card to complete for name announcement purposes; however, the screen will display “Congratulations, Graduate!” instead of your name when you cross the stage.

Summer Graduates

Graduates who have completed coursework during the summer can opt to participate in ceremonies and celebrations in May or December.

A student must apply for graduation and pay the graduation fee to activate the registration links.
